Aleksandar Stojchevski was born in 1990 in Kumanovo. He has shown interest for photography ever since he was a young boy, at the era of analog cameras. During his school years, he could not dedicate much time to studying photography, so it only remained a hobby of his. After taking up a photography course in Photo Club ‘Kumanovo’, in 2017, he returned to amateur photography, but this time he took it more seriously, with a greater enthusiasm and an even greater love for the art. He is a great fan of black-and-white photography, contrast and playing with light. According to him, black-and-white photographs never get old. He held exhibitions at the Malinski photo festival, Photo Club Kumanovo’s club exhibitions ‘Tumba’ and ‘Circle’ in 2018.
